Flooring: Tile is King

Porcelain and ceramic tile are the gold standard for Tucson homes. They stay cool to the touch during our hot summers, are impervious to water, and won't fade in the sun like some hardwood floors might.

Countertops: Quartz Durability

While we love natural stone, engineered Quartz has become incredibly popular in Arizona. It is non-porous (so it doesn't need sealing) and stands up incredibly well to heat and daily wear and tear.
